# TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions apply when you purchase and participate in The Lioness Pride Academy and the 90 Days to Fearless coaching programme.
Please read these terms carefully before joining.
By purchasing the programme, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
#1. ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
The Lioness Pride Academy provides online Muay Thai training, coaching, mindset training, accountability and educational content for women.
90 Days to Fearless includes a one-week onboarding period followed by a 12-week coaching and training programme.

The exact content and delivery of the programme may develop and improve over time.
#2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be aged 18 or over to purchase and participate in the programme unless otherwise agreed in writing.
By joining, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are participating voluntarily.
# 3. PAYMENT
The full programme price will be clearly displayed before purchase.
Your place is confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
Where a payment plan is offered, you are committing to the full programme price and all agreed instalments.
A payment plan is a way of paying the total programme fee in instalments. It is not a monthly membership that can be cancelled at any time.
If a scheduled payment fails, we may contact you to arrange payment and may temporarily suspend access to the programme until the outstanding payment has been resolved.
# 4. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
Where you purchase the programme online as a consumer, you may have a legal right to cancel your contract within 14 days of entering into the contract.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must clearly inform us of your decision to cancel within the applicable cancellation period.You can do this by contacting:
If you ask us to begin providing coaching or other services during the 14-day cancellation period and then exercise a statutory right to cancel, you may be required to pay for the services already provided up to the date of cancellation, where permitted by law.
The programme also includes digital training content.
Where you expressly consent to immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that this may affect or cause you to lose your statutory right to cancel in relation to that digital content, access may begin immediately.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
# 5. REFUNDS AFTER THE CANCELLATION PERIOD
Once any applicable statutory cancellation period has expired, payments are generally non-refundable if you simply change your mind, stop participating or decide not to complete the programme.
Your results depend in part on your own participation, consistency and effort.
Failure to complete workouts, attend coaching, submit training videos or use the programme does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
This does not affect any legal rights you may have where services or digital content do not meet the standards required by law.
# 6. PROGRAMME ACCESS
Programme access is provided to the individual who purchased the programme.
You must not:
Share your login details
Share programme videos or training materials
Record or redistribute programme content
Copy or reproduce training materials
Sell or provide programme content to another person
Your access may be suspended or removed where programme content is shared, copied or distributed without permission.
# 7. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for your own participation in the programme.
You agree to:

Train in a suitable and safe space

Follow coaching instructions carefully

Work at an appropriate level for your ability

Stop training if you experience unusual pain, dizziness or concerning symptoms

Seek appropriate medical advice where necessary
Communicate honestly about injuries or limitations that may affect your training
You remain responsible for deciding whether you are physically able to participate.
# 8. MUAY THAI AND PHYSICAL TRAINING
Muay Thai and physical exercise involve an inherent risk of injury.
While coaching and instruction are provided to help you train safely and improve your technique, injuries can occur during physical activity.
You participate voluntarily and accept the ordinary risks associated with physical training and martial arts.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
# 9. SELF-DEFENCE
The programme teaches Muay Thai skills, movement, reaction, confidence and physical training.
Participation does not guarantee that you will prevent an assault, avoid injury or successfully defend yourself in a physical confrontation.
Where possible, personal safety should prioritise awareness, avoidance, de-escalation, escape and contacting the appropriate emergency services.
# 10. RESULTS
Individual results vary.
We do not guarantee specific results relating to:

Weight loss

Strength
-
Confidence
-
Muay Thai ability

Self-defence outcomes

Physical appearance
Your results may depend on your starting point, health, consistency, participation, effort and other individual circumstances.
Testimonials and client experiences shared by The Lioness Pride Academy represent individual experiences and do not guarantee identical results.
# 11. COACHING AND FEEDBACK
Personalised coaching and feedback are provided based on the information and training footage you submit.You are responsible for providing clear and accurate information where relevant to your coaching.
Coaching response times may vary due to weekends, holidays, illness or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
# 12. COMMUNITY STANDARDS
The Lioness Pride Academy is intended to be a supportive environment for women.
Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing or deliberately disruptive behaviour will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to remove a participant from the community or programme where serious or repeated behaviour places the coach or other members at risk or significantly disrupts the programme.
Any decision to remove access will be handled reasonably and in accordance with applicable consumer law.
# 13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All programme content, including videos, workouts, training methods, written materials, templates, graphics and educational resources, remains the intellectual property of The Lioness Pride Academy or its respective owner.
Purchasing the programme gives you a personal, limited and non-transferable right to use the content for your own training.It does not transfer ownership of the content to you.
# 14. CLIENT VIDEOS, MESSAGES AND TESTIMONIALS
Training videos, messages, progress updates or other content you send as part of your coaching may be reviewed for the purpose of providing coaching and support.
We will not intentionally use your identifiable training videos, images or testimonials for public marketing without your permission.Where permission is given, you may contact us if you wish to discuss future use of that content.
# 15. PROGRAMME CHANGES
We may make reasonable changes to programme content, training structure or delivery where those changes are intended to improve the programme or are necessary for operational reasons.
We will not make changes that materially remove the core coaching programme you purchased without an appropriate reason or remedy.
# 16. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
We are not responsible for delays or disruption caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Where possible, we will communicate significant disruptions and take reasonable steps to minimise their impact.
# 17. LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
This includes liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK consumer law.
# 18. PRIVACYPersonal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
# 19. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, you may also have rights relating to the courts of the part of the United Kingdom in which you live.
