YOU'VE WANTED THIS FOR LONGER THAN YOU'D LIKE TO ADMIT.

Maybe it's been a dream to learn for years.

Maybe life just handed you a reason to finally take it seriously - an unhealthy relationship, a close encounter, a health scare, a moment that made "I should really learn how to protect myself" feel less like a nice idea and more like something you actually need.

And then you looked for somewhere to learn.

The local gym had barely any female instructors, or were too far away to make work. The class times clashed with the school run, work, or the ten other things already claiming your evening. Maybe you're rebuilding your body after an illness, a surgery, or years of putting everyone else first, and the idea of walking into a gym full of strangers who already know what they're doing feels like its own kind of hard.

So the thing you wanted stayed a thing you meant to get round to. Not because you didn't want it enough. Because nothing you found actually fit.

This is built to fit.

THIS ISN'T A WORKOUT. IT'S A SKILL YOU ACTUALLY KEEP.

Boxercise gets your heart rate up for an hour. It doesn't teach your body anything it still knows a year later.

What you're learning here is different - real technique, built up properly, the way it's actually taught, just without the fight gym or the assumption you already know what you're doing.

Nobody can promise you'd fight back in an attack.. Anyone who does is lying to you. What I can promise is that you stop wondering what you'd do, and start having an actual answer - one your body knows without you needing to think about it, because you've practised it enough times that it's simply there.

Along the way you get stronger, steadier, more coordinated - not as a separate goal you have to chase, but because that's what happens when something is trained properly instead of just sweated through.

HOW DO YOU ACTUALLY LEARN MUAY THAI ONLINE?

Fair question - here's exactly how.

You train from home, following sessions built specifically around you. You film your practice and send it to me. I watch it properly and give you real feedback - not "great job," but "your elbow's dropping here, slow this part down before you add speed."

You get a weekly 1:1 call where we go through what's working, fix what isn't, and plan what's next based on how you're actually progressing.

For most of the women I coach, online was never the fallback option. It was the only version of this that was ever actually possible - no travel, no fitting into someone else's timetable, no needing to be anywhere except your own front room, at whatever time genuinely works for your week.

WHAT THE LIONESSES SAY

These women are just like you.  They started with busy lives. Careers. Kids. Family.  Responsibilities. Overthinkinkers. Bodies they weren't confident in. Years away from exercise. Some completely doubted themselves. Some weren't sure their bodies could do it. Some hadn't trained in years.

BUT THEY ALL STILL STARTED ANYWAY.

LIONESS #1

“I used to overthink every movement and worry about getting everything right. Learning Muay Thai has taught me to slow down, stay calm and trust what my body is doing. Now I practise every day because I genuinely want to get better and protect my kids.”

LIONESS #2

“Since starting Muay Thai, my balance has massively improved, my hips are moving better and I feel stronger. But the biggest difference is my confidence - I feel much more confident taking public transport and being out on my own.”

LIONESS #3

“Learning Muay Thai was something that really mattered to me - not just for myself, but for my children too. I feel stronger, more capable and even more confident just walking down the street. And now my kids get to learn these skills with me.”

LIONESS #4

“I wanted to learn Muay Thai because I wanted to know I could actually do something if I ever needed to protect myself. Learning how to fight properly has given me something I didn’t have before - real skills I can keep practising and getting better at.”

MY COACHING METHOD

Break it down. Practise. Repeat. Correct. Build.

I'm not going to teach you fifteen techniques in your first month. I'm going to teach you a handful, properly, until your body knows them without you thinking.

Knowing a technique and being able to actually use it are two different things. Watching someone else throw a jab teaches you nothing. Throwing your own, corrected every time your stance drifts, is what builds the skill.

Every technique gets broken into steps small enough to get right. You practise. I review it. I tell you exactly what to fix. You practise again. Once it's actually yours - not "I sort of get it," but yours - we build on it.

I'd rather you leave with three things you can do without thinking than fifteen things you'd freeze on if you ever needed them.

WHY SHOULD YOU TRUST ME TO BE YOUR COACH

Hey I'm  Jaggy

I've trained Muay Thai for over 13 years, including training in Thailand, under coaches who didn't hand anything to me for free. I've spent the last 9 years coaching women specifically - mostly complete beginners who assumed this wasn't for them.

I also know what it's like to lose it all and rebuild from close to nothing. I don't coach from a pedestal. I coach from knowing exactly how far "starting again" can feel, and exactly what it takes to actually get there.

My job isn't to show you how good I am at Muay Thai. It's to make you good at it.

WHAT YOUR WEEK ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE

2–3 short sessions a week, 15–20 minutes each. You press play, I coach you through it.

You film your practice - your phone propped against a mug is fine.

I review and correct it - specific, real feedback every time.

A weekly 1:1 call, where we adjust based on how you're actually getting on, not a fixed script everyone gets regardless of where they're at.

Everything adjusts around you - injuries, health conditions, a chaotic week - none of it derails the programme, because it was never built assuming a perfect week to begin with.

You don't need equipment beyond a bit of floor space. You just need fifteen minutes and a willingness to actually do it.

✓ You're a complete beginner, and that's exactly where you want to start.

✓ You can commit to 15–20 minutes, 2–3 times a week - not perfectly, just realistically.

✓ You want to actually learn Muay Thai, not just get a sweat on.

✓ You've got an unpredictable schedule, or a life that's genuinely full - and you want a programme built around that reality.

THIS IS FOR YOU IF...

THIS ISN'T FOR YOU IF...

✕ You want a done-in-a-weekend self-defence crash course.

✕ You're after a workout library with no feedback or structure.

✕ You keep saying you want to learnBut you don't know where to start.

✕ You can't commit to consistent practice right now - that's okay, just wait until you can, because this only works with repetition.

READY TO ACTUALLY START?

Applying doesn't commit you to anything, and it doesn't guarantee a place - I coach a limited number of women at a time because of the level of feedback I actually give, and I want to be sure it's genuinely the right fit before either of us commits.

No experience needed. No fitness level required.

Just an honest answer about where you're at.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need experience?

No.

Most of the women I coach are complete beginners.

We start with stance, movement and basic striking before progressing.

Am I too old to begin?

No.

Women begin martial arts in their 30s, 40s, 50s and beyond.

Your age is not the deciding factor.

Your willingness to learn is.

What if I’m unfit?

You do not need to get fit before you start.

We begin from your current level and build gradually.

Do I need equipment?

You do not need equipment to begin.

You can learn your stance, movement and striking mechanics from home without a bag.

Can my child train with me?

Some women choose to share age-appropriate basics with their children as they learn.

However, the coaching programme is designed for the accepted adult client. Any child participating should be supervised, and training must be appropriate for their age, health and ability.

What if I have an injury or health condition?

Your health and safety come first.

You must tell me about any existing injuries or medical conditions before starting.

You may also need clearance from a qualified medical professional. Training can be adjusted, but coaching is not a replacement for medical treatment, physiotherapy or rehabilitation.

Is this guaranteed to protect me in a real-life attack?

No self-defence or martial arts programme can guarantee the outcome of a real-world situation.

The programme is designed to improve your fitness, technique, awareness, confidence and ability to respond under pressure.

Avoidance, de-escalation and getting to safety should always remain the priority.
